BILLING PLAN:

 

The deposit is due at the time of reservation. We have two forms of payment for travel. Full payment is accepted, and payment plans are available. A monthly payment plan is calculated upon confirmation of booking. You will receive a reminder 5 days before your next payment is due.

 Covid -19 NOTES:

 Travelers are not required to provide a negative covid test before entering the United States. We will email all travel advisory updates. 

  • The final itinerary will be provided within 2 weeks before travel, if not earlier.​

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before February 16, 2025.

  • ·All prices are based on the exchange rates in effect at the time of price quotation. If the U.S. dollar devalues, Paradise Life Travel & Tours and./ or Elite Lifestyle Travel reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases.resulting from currency devaluation.

  • A credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated additional charges at check-in. Elite Lifestyle Travel will not present a credit card on the traveler's behalf.

Terms & Policy

  • Roommates must complete separate registration forms and submit their deposit  (if applicable) to secure a reservation if they intend to pay individual deposits.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee until final payment, $150 fee after final payment, plus vendor fees with management approval.

  •  A late payment of $250 per person is required after the final due date with management approval.

  •  All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline.

  • Property has the right to either forfeit or charge an additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.

  •  Elite Lifestyle Travel and vendors have the right to change or update itineraries without notice.

  • It's the traveler's responsibility to keep Elite Lifestyle Travel informed of email address changes, as this is our primary form of communication.

  • The pictures used in this marketing are stock photos and not to confirm the itinerary tour.

  •   Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

  • All your payments to Paradise Life Travel & Tours and Elite Lifestyle Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  •   Reservation must be made in the traveler's Full Name as it appears on your passport and Government ID. A name change fee will be assessed for any corrections.

  •  Itineraries are subject to change to accommodate scheduling, weather, safety, of harmony of travelers. Elite Lifestyle Travel assumes no liability for changes to the itinerary by third parties.

  •  Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current and active.

  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the room cancels and is not replaced with a new roommate.
