Travel Planning Fee

Vacation planning requires an abundance of time. Our team of agents has traveled the globe to find incredible new destinations, fabulous hotels, luxury cruises, and the most unforgettable experiences. We bring this wealth of knowledge and our deep-rooted love of traveling together, crafting the perfect experiences for our clients.
After your complimentary consultation, you decide to move forward and pay our research and design fee. This administration fee is non-refundable and transferable per itinerary. Once your payment is received, we will move forward with reaching and designing your travel itinerary. Upon receipt of your quote, you will have 3 days to make a decision or any adjustments. Once 3 days have passed, your quote will expire, and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $50 before we will continue with the planning process. This $50 will reactivate the planning phase for an additional 3 days.​

Elite Information
A group resort booking contracts require 10 rooms.
Group Leader is required to sign a group agreement.
Additional terms and conditions will apply once the itinerary/contract is selected.
