BILLING PLAN:

 

A deposit is due at the time of reservation. We have two forms of payment for travel. Full payment is accepted, and payment plans are available. A monthly payment plan is calculated upon confirmation of booking. You will receive a reminder 5 days before your next payment is due.

TRAVEL NOTES:

​

Currently, travelers to Dubai are required to present a negative PCR Test dated no more than 72 hours before boarding the flight from JFK (their departure city). All passages are required to provide a negative covid test before entering the United States. Passengers are required to wear a face mask in public places. We will email all travel advisory updates. 

​

By booking this trip, you are acknowledging that you have been made award of the current travel requirements as they relate to COVID-19, any known pandemics. You are acknowledging that you are voluntarily assuming all the risks related to exposure of covid -19 and the possibility of additional charges related to COVID-19 testing and quarantining. I agree to not to hold Paradise Life Travel & Tours LLC and Elite Lifestyle Travel LLC or any of their affiliates, directors, employees, vendors or contractors liable for any illness or injury.

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before July 27, 2023.

 

All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Paradise Life Travel & Tours and Elite Lifestyle Travel reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases

resulting from currency devaluation.

 

Currently, no VISA is required to enter Dubai. No fee is required at this time. If changes happen, we will alert you via email.

 

If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Dubai on December 28, 2022. 

This means the traveler must leave the United States on December 27, 2022. You should also schedule your departure flight for January 3, 2023.

At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges. Elite Lifestyle Travel will not present a credit card on the traveler's behalf.

The final itinerary will be provided within 30 days before travel, if not earlier.

Please note flight is and average 12-14 hours.

TERMS & POLICIES

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

  • All your payments to Paradise Life Travel & Tours and Elite Lifestyle Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Reservation must be made in the traveler's Full Name as it appears on your passport and Government ID. A name change fee will be assessed for any corrections. 

  • ​Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

  • Itineraries are subject to change to accommodate scheduling, weather, safety, of harmony of travelers. Elite Lifestyle Travel assumes no liability with changes to the itinerary by all third parties.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current and active.

  • If applicable, you must ensure your roommate is also making timely monthly payments.

  • Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for or any price difference if any party in the room cancels and is not replaced with a new roommate.

  • Roommate Payments -Roommates must complete separate registration forms and submit their deposit to secure a reservation if they intend to pay separate deposits.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee until final payment, $150 fee after final payment, plus vendor fees with management approval.

  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final due date with management approval.

  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline.

  • Hotels have the right to either forfeit or charge an additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.

  • Elite Lifestyle Travel and vendors have the right to change or update itineraries without notice.

  •  It's the traveler's responsibility to keep Elite Lifestyle Travel informed of email address changes, as this is our primary form of communication.
